Description

Project consists of site improvements to Schiffer Park:

Coordination of demolition and removal by Others, if not complete upon mobilization;
Protection of existing tree and concrete planter throughout all phases of work; hand or air-space excavation as required;
Protection of existing adjacent building and foundations throughout all phases of work;
Site staking and layout;
Utility work including water and sewer;
Site electrical and lighting;
Earthwork;
Find grading and drainage;
Base preparation;
Concrete curb and gutter, sidewalk and alley paving;
Cast-in-place concrete walls, foundations, grade beams, and footings;
Utility bollards;
Asphaltic roadway;
Framing and decking of multi-level wood deck;
Coordination of cable railing at deck by Others;
Coordination of metal planter/bench installation by Others;
Paver-grate installation
Coordination of sand set paver installation by Others;
Coordination of tree, turf, and perennial planting by Others;
Irrigation;
Installation of drinking fountain;
Installation of signage;
And other work as described in the Contract Documents.
