Description

It is the intention of Jackson County to competitively pre-qualify multiple contractors that will provide Roofing Services for Jackson County at their respective building locations. It is the desire of the County through this process to pre-qualify and establish a list of roofing contractors that will service Jackson County roofing requirements for the next five years.

As a result of this Request for Qualifications, Jackson County will work with the Michigan Association of Counties CoPro+ program to market and extend the contracted roofing services to other government municipalities and school districts within Jackson County. Municipalities and school districts will have access to a pool of pre-qualified contractors available for roofing services.
