Proposals will be accepted at the office of the City Clerk's office, 320 W. Broadway Street, Mt. Pleasant, Michigan 48858, until 1 :30 p.m., Tuesday May 21, 2019 at which time the proposals will be publicly opened and read. All proposals shall be submitted in a sealed envelope plainly marked "MUNCIP AL INVESTMENT ADVISOR".
