Bidders should inspect the worksite to determine the conditions under which they will be expected to perform. It will be the bidder’s responsibility to take their own field measurements and inspect the project site. A pre-bid meeting will be held at the worksite on October 15, 2019 at 1:30 PM local time at 26000 Evergreen Road, Southfield, MI. For convenience, contractors should park in the North parking lot of the complex and enter the Parks and Recreation Building. Antonio Adams, Facilities Maintenance Supervisor and a representative of Purchasing will meet parties in the lobby of the P&R Building for an escort to the Court Building.
