7767 - Reconstruction of Driveways, Parking Lots, & Pathways @ Pierce Lake Golf Course

Washtenaw County Parks and Recreation Commission (WCPARC) needs to completely replace the existing asphalt driveways (1775LF) and two parking lots (120 car and 20 car) , 1900+/-LF of asphalt pathways, concrete sidewalks and curbing, and construct new infrastructure incorporating these elements at the Pierce Lake Golf Course and Park.

Work will involve pulverization of existing asphalt materials with stockpiling for reuse and placement as base for new HMA installations, complete removal and disposal of existing asphalt pathway materials, supplying/placement/compaction of MDOT 21AA limestone as needed, supplying and machine placement of specified HMA, parking space line striping and barrier-free space markings and signs, removal and installation of concrete flatwork, and restoration of all areas disturbed during execution of project work.
