It is the intent of this RFP to have the successful broker/firm enter into a Professional Services Contract with the City of Hillsdale to supply real estate services as outlined herein. The property is located in the Hillsdale Manufacturing and Technology Park, Hillsdale, Michigan.
The firm is expected to market and sell the property to developers, entrepreneurs, existing firms and new firms seeking a City of Hillsdale location.
The real estate firm will be paid strictly on commission basis and will be expected to work closely with the City/EDC and provide monthly reports to the City Manager.
Sealed proposals should be submitted to City of Hillsdale, City Clerk, 97 North Broad Street, Hillsdale, Michigan 49242 by 2:00 p.m. on June 24, 2019; clearly marked on the outside “Proposal – Real Estate Broker Services”. At that time, they will be opened and read aloud. Selection will be made by July 10, 2019.
The City/EDC reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, or parts of proposals, when it is judged to be in the best interest of the City of Hillsdale.
