CS-1874 - Public Relations and Communication Services

The Detroit Water and Sewerage Department requests written proposals from interested and qualified firms with appropitae experience and expertise to provide public relations and communication services, including strategy development and representation. The purpose of this RFP is to solicit proposals from qualified vendors for the development and execution of a strategic public relations program. The potential vendor must be an established media services and public relations firm with the requisite experience and resources to partner with DWSD to accomplish its public relations and other related objectives.
