Washtenaw County Parks and Recreation Commission (WCPARC) needs to completely replace the existing asphalt pathway within Parker Mill County Park.

Work will involve pulverization of the existing asphalt materials for reuse and placement as base for new HMA installations, complete removal and disposal of existing asphalt materials in some locations, supplying/placement/compaction of MDOT 21AA limestone as needed, supplying and machine placement of specified HMA, installation of concrete flatwork, drainage structures/systems, and restoration of all areas disturbed during execution of project work.
