Sealed proposals to provide perimeter fencing for the City of Livonia Police and Fire Departments will be received at the Office of the City Clerk located at 33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, MI 48154, on or before, 2:00 p.m., on November 7, 2019. Proposals received by the due date and time will be publicly recorded. Late proposals will not be considered.
Interested firms are invited to attend a MANDATORY prebid conference concerning the requirements set forth in the RFP. The mandatory prebid conference will be held on October 24, 2019 at 1:00 p.m. The prebid will be held at the City of Livonia Police Department located at 15050 Farmington Road, Livonia MI. Attendees shall assemble in the lobby of the Police Department. The mandatory conference will include a job site walk through. Proposals will not be considered from firms who do not attend the mandatory prebid conference.
