Dated: November 8, 2017. The City of Rochester Hills is soliciting quotations from qualified companies to produce On Hold Messaging Recordings. The vendor shall provide custom messaging from information supplied by the City and shall also use the City website and other resources to build monthly eight (8) minute productions for a period of three (3) years. The City’s current contract expires on December 31, 2017.
The City of Rochester Hills is a residential community in Oakland County, Michigan, with a population of approximately 70,000. The community includes important research, manufacturing and service employers, as well as, education and cultural institutions.
