The scope of services will consist of individual tasks to be determined and assigned
during the contract period. The type of work may include, but is not limited to; repairs and
preventative maintenance of general piping, hot water tanks, drains, water supply piping,
boilers, heating units, air handling equipment, chiller units, exhaust fans, ductwork and
other mechanical systems as determined by the City.
