Responses are being solicited by the Wayne County Airport Authority (Airport Authority) for the purpose of contracting for Professional Engineering design and related services for multiple capital improvement and maintenance projects at Detroit Metropolitan Wayne County Airport (DTW) and Willow Run Airport (YIP). This RFQ contains two (2) contract opportunities (herein referred to as packages). The scope of services and projects that will result from this RFQ will be non-federally funded. A separate Response must be submitted for each package and prospective Respondents may respond to one or both of the packages. The packages are:
Package A – Reinforced Concrete Parking Structures, Surface Parking Lots and Associated Facilities
Package B – On Call Professional Landside Civil Engineering Services
