Through this Invitation For Bid (the “IFB”), the OCSPO is seeking one or more qualified Bidders to supply Copier & Specialty Paper at fixed prices for its Members. The anticipated term of the contract, if one ensues, is from April 1, 2019 – September 30, 2019. All price increases must be justified with documentation from manufacturers. The OCSPO Evaluation Committee will select the Bid(s) that it deems to be the lowest responsive, responsible bid in the best interest of the Members, in its sole discretion.
