The Great Lakes Water Authority (GLWA) is issuing this Request for Bid for qualified vendors to provide services for (referred to herein as the “Work”) This project includes the restoration of sludge conveying capacity that was lost due to the fire damage occurred on March 4, 2016. This project will also provide improved sludge conveyance from each dewatering facility and will have better operations and maintenance functions.
