RFQ-RM-2020-08-12-004 - Metal Rehab of Heritage Park Buildings

Train Car & Caboose Rehab Roof and Siding
 Remove existing roof systems
 Replace any damaged sub-framing vertical and flat surfaces entire body of both units
 Install new 24 gauge siding and roofing systems. We will need color options (Please quote cooper color)
 Doors to be repaired and painted match.
 Keep same design and functionality as the train car
 Furnish and install all trims, fasteners, sealants and closures for a complete install.
 Clean up and haul away all debris.
 Must pull all required permits but will not be charged for them
Activities Building
 Repair and fix any roof and metal siding damage.
 All wood siding will be change to metal siding. Colors will be chosen on a later date.
 Repair and fix all gutters and downspouts.
 Recaulk all windows and doors. All materials and debris will be disposed of by contractor.
