The Wayne County Airport Authority (Airport Authority) is soliciting bids from general contractors, construction managers and other businesses that meet the qualifications set forth herein to provide and install: concrete duct bank; primary electrical cable and terminations; new transformers; switchgears; load break switches; relocation of utilities (natural gas, electrical, sewer, water); building mechanical system modifications; and necessary commissioning and testing at Detroit Metropolitan Wayne County Airport (DTW).

This RFB contains TWO (2) contract opportunities (herein referred to as packages). A separate response must be submitted for each package for which the Bidder desires to be considered.
The two packages are:
Package A: Medium Voltage Transmission Lines for Primary Service to North Campus and Airfield
Package B: Primary Electrical Loop 2 Upgrades
(The Contracts resulting from this solicitation is subject to Airport Authority Prevailing Wages Requirements.)
