Description

The work generally consists of the HMA Paving of Ludlow Avenue and Ludlow Alley together with associated replacement of water main, sanitary sewer and storm sewer. Work includes removal and replacement of the existing asphalt pavement & base, curb & gutter, sidewalks and driveways within the right-of-ways. Paving, drainage improvements, utility construction, surface restoration, and traffic maintenance are required. Directional drilling will be utilized for the critical crossing of the water main under the Paint Creek. The bidder is advised that this portion of the construction shall only be performed in accordance with the MDEQ permit.
