The Muskegon County Board of Commissioners is requesting proposals for Legal Counsel Services. The Muskegon County Administration Office is seeking to procure Corporate Counsel Services for a three (3) year contract with an optional three (3) year renewal.

The Muskegon County Board of Commissioners reserves the right to accept or reject any and/or all proposals or to accept the proposal that it finds, in its sole discretion, to be in the best interest of the County.
A copy of the RFP will be available by Wednesday, March 6, 2019, online at www.bidnetdirect/mitn/muskegon-county.
All proposals must be submitted no later than 2:00 PM on Thursday, March 28, 2019. All proposals should be delivered in a sealed envelope and addressed to the Muskegon County Accounts Payable Office and be clearly marked: “RFP19-2344 Legal Counsel Services”.
