Dated February 20, 2020. The City of Rochester Hills is accepting proposals from qualified and experienced companies to provide Lawn Mowing Services.
The City is seeking to award the following types of Lawn Mowing:
A. Lawn Mowing at City Owned Properties
B. Lawn and Weed Mowing of Right of Way and Pathways
C. Lawn and Weed Mowing of Occupied Properties and Vacant Lots – Ordinance Compliance
The City previously issued three separate solicitations to contract for the City’s Lawn Mowing needs, but has determined in order to save time and potential economies of scale, the City is issuing one solicitation for all the types of Lawn Mowing required by the City. Potential vendors are not required to propose on all three sections. Each section will be evaluated and awarded based on the evaluation criteria listed in this solicitation document.
The term is for a period of one (1) year; the City reserves the right to exercise an option to renew for four additional 1-year periods. Sealed proposals will be received by the City of Rochester Hills, at the Purchasing Division, 1000 Rochester Hills Drive, Rochester Hills, MI 48309 or submitted online through the MITN website until 3:00 p.m. local time, on March 11, 2020 at which time and place proposers names will be publicly read aloud. Faxed and Late proposals will not be accepted.
