It is the desire of the County through this process to pre-qualify and establish a list of lawn care and snow removal contractors that will service Livingston County lawn care and snow removal requirements for the next five years.

There will be a Recommended Pre-Bid Conference on March 26, 2019 at 1:00 p.m., local time to allow all prospective bidders an opportunity to do site inspections with County staff of the areas that snow removal services are being requested for. Although attendance at this conference is not mandatory for the submission of a proposal, it is highly recommended. We will meet at the Livingston County Facility Services Office located at 420 S Highlander Way, Howell, Michigan. Please note that as we will be traveling to various sites, promptness is important as late arrivals may not have the opportunity to meet up.
