The Economic Development Corporation of the City of Detroit (EDC) hereby invites qualified contractors (“Contractors”) to submit a sealed unit price Bid Proposal to construct, under a general contract agreement, for the Joseph Campau Greenway Construction Project (“Project”) work, which includes cleanup and restoration of the existing pedestrian corridor, R.O.W. improvements, a 10-foot wide shared use path, hardscape, signage, pavement markings, site furnishings, emergency call boxes and security cameras, refurbished and/or replaced LED lighting fixtures, improved storm water management raingardens/bioswales, landscaping, and future connection opportunities with the Detroit Riverwalk; all in accordance with approved contract drawings and specifications.
