Provide miscellaneous instrumentation and control (I&C) services on an as-needed basis at or from various Oakland County Water Resources Commissioner operated facilities. Services shall include the following:
1. Repair various programmable logic controllers (PLC), microprocessors, current to pressure (I/P) signal converters, transmitters, pneumatic controllers, magnetic flow meters, level and flow measuring devices, gas detectors, transducers and other I&C equipment.
2. Troubleshoot and program I&C software and equipment.
3. Provide and install new and rebuilt I&C equipment.
4. Provide emergency services for repair, calibration, programming, replacement, etc. of miscellaneous I&C equipment.
