RFP-RH-19-032 - Innovation Hills Park Ranger's Building

Date: May 29, 2019. Sealed proposals to provide Construction Services for the Innovation Hills Park
Wood Framed Ranger’s Building will be received by the City of Rochester Hills Purchasing Division, 
1000 Rochester Hills Drive, (Lower Level) Rochester Hills, MI 48309, until EXACTLY 3:00 p.m. Local 
Time, Tuesday, June 25, 2019, at which time and place names of proposers will be publically read 
aloud.

A Voluntary Pre-Proposal Meeting has been scheduled for June 4, 2019 at 10:00 a.m. (Local Time) at 
Innovation Hills Park, 2800 W. Hamlin Road, Rochester Hills, Michigan 48309. Attendance is 
recommended and questions will be answered at that time. The purpose of this meeting is to provide 
interested firms with a chance to view the site.

The City of Rochester Hills officially distributes bid/proposal documents from the Purchasing 
Division or through the Michigan Intergovernmental Trade Network (MITN). Copies of proposal 
documents obtained from any other source are not considered official copies. The first step to do 
business with the City is to become a registered vendor by visiting the City website at 
www.rochesterhills.org, select City Government, Departments, Purchasing, then Bid Opportunities to 
link to the MITN website. Final proposal results will be posted on the MITN website after award.

Proposal security shall be a bond provided by a surety company acceptable to the City, which is 
authorized to do business in the State of Michigan or certified check, equivalent to five percent 
(5%) of the amount of the proposal, and shall be delivered to the City with the sealed proposal.

Any deviation from the specifications must be noted on the bid. Failure to complete every space on 
the specification form may disqualify bid.

THE CITY OF ROCHESTER HILLS RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REJECT ANY AND ALL BIDS.
