Please carefully read the RFQ for detailed bidding instructions. The solicitation is designed to provide Bidders with all the information needed to write a successful proposal.

The Bidder must submit one (1) original quote, four (4) copies of the quote, and one (1) electronic copy of the entire quote on a flash drive. A Bidder’s failure to submit a quote in accordance with these instructions including without limitation those pertaining to format and timing, may result in disqualification of the quote.
