Big Beaver Road, Troy, MI 48084 until Thursday July 11, 2019 at 10:00 AM E.S.T., after which time they will be publicly opened and read in the Troy City Offices. Late bid submittals will not be accepted. Bid responses are not accepted via fax transmissions.
