The City of Midland is requesting a proposal for HVAC system maintenance at the Grace A.

The City of Midland is seeking a full service agreement that includes testing and inspection,
preventive maintenance, and emergency service response. The City wants to establish a long
term contract of up to three (3) years using this proposal. Additional years will be offered at a
not-to-exceed fixed percentage increase. No increases tied to an index will be allowed.
There will be a pre-bid meeting scheduled for Monday, November 27, 2017 at 10:00 am in the
Library Lobby.
