IFB-RM-07-21-2017-001 - HVAC Controls Upgrade

The City of Taylor Central Purchasing Division is requesting proposals on behalf of Facilities Maintenance & Operations for HVAC/R Controls upgrades as specified.

HVAC Controls
a. The City of Taylor is running Honeywell AX and RX
b. Services to be included: (Location specifications Attachment 1-14)
i. Removing existing JACE and installation of new JACE to location specification if required.
ii. 3 year license maintenance agreement to keep JACE up to date with core software and modules
for major and minor versions.
iii. Configuration of each new JACE, add to Municipal Building Supervisor if needed. Route failure
alarms and critical temperature alarms to supervisor email.
