Genesee County, MI seeks to purchase of a complete turn-key system (equipment and services) for an upgrade of the technology in the the EOC. The intent for this purchase is to be from a single bidder; therefore, the bidder must provide trained personnel to perform system design, installation, testing, training, and maintenance for 30 EOC laptop computers and tablets, one new EOC desktop computer that will control seven televisions, new analog phones for the EOC, and a new Training Room computer and television.
