The City is seeking electronic bids from qualified vendors to furnish and deliver Wasste Water Treatment Plant's Fiber Network located at 32360 Warkop, Warren, MI 48093 per the attached bid forms and specifications. All interested bidders must have attended a mandatory site visit in order to be considered for award. All bids must be submitted electronically in order to be considered for award. Sealed bids will not be accepted.
