Sealed bids will be accepted at the City Clerk’s Office, City Hall, 333 West Ellsworth Street, Midland, Michigan 48640-5132, until 2:00 PM, Tuesday, May 15, 2018 for a design build of 16’ extension of a storage building. Work will include the design of the extension, prints and submittals of material that will be used for the new steel structure, steel siding & roof, insulation, cement work, removal and disposal of material and site work. Bid should be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked as "BID 3945 –EXTENSION OF WASTEWATER STORAGE BUILDING".
