Description

The Oakland County Water Resources Commissioner’s (WRC) Office currently has a whole-plant process model for two wastewater facilities. The Clinton River WRRF and the Walled Lake-Novi (WL-N) WWTP. The models for these facilities were calibrated in September 2017. The modeling software is Biowin. The WRC is looking for qualified firms to assist with maintenance and support of the liquid and sludge trains in the models, as well as updating and re-calibrating the model after major renovations.
