Livingston County is soliciting proposals from interested and qualified vendors to provide Electronic Monitoring Services on behalf of the following Specialty Courts: Adult Drug Treatment Court, Intensive Treatment Mental Health Court, Swift & Sure Sanctions Probation Program and Family Treatment Court. These services include Radio Frequency Tethers, Alcohol Monitoring, GPS Tethers, and In-Home testing units for alcohol. The award will be for a three (3) year contract which will include a provision for the County, at its discretion, to extend the contract for two (2) additional one-year periods for a total contract period to not exceed five (5) years based on an annual performance review.
