The City of Warren Community Development Department is seeking sealed bids from qualified vendors to demolish a garage and remove debris located at 21427 Behrendt per the bid form and specification. To be considered for award, the vendor shall submit the following:
*5% Bid Security;
*Page 3 is to be signed;
*Valid Builder's License issued by the State of Michigan;
*Proof (Sample Insurance Certificate) taht the bidder can meet the insurance requirements;
*All pages of bid form (pages 3-12) completely filled in;
*Signature page (last page) for General Conditions (page 16) is to be signed
*Proof of Registration on System for Award Management (SAM) www.sam.gov
