All bidders are required to examine the site to determine the amount of work to be done in accordance with the specifications. There will be a Mandatory Pre-bid Meeting scheduled for WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 9, 2019 at 2:00pm. THE MEETINGS WILL BE AT THE PROPERTY LISTED ON THE BID PROPOSAL, 6769 JOHN R ROAD, TROY, MI 48085. An opportunity to inspect the site will be provided during the Pre-bid Meeting. If a bidder does not attend the pre-bid meeting, that bidder will be considered non-responsive and no longer eligible for award.
