The Wayne County Airport Authority (Airport Authority) is soliciting bids from qualified general contractors, construction managers and other businesses that meet the minimum qualifications set forth herein to submit Bids for the Decommissioning and Demolition of Buildings 352 (electrical utility building), 354 (electrical transformer building) and 358 (former Airport Police Building) and Underground Storage Tank Removal located at Detroit Metropolitan Wayne County Airport (DTW). (The Contract resulting from this solicitation is subject to Airport Authority Prevailing Wages Requirements.)
