Through this Request for Proposal (RFP), the Charter County of Wayne hereby invites businesses who meet the qualifications and specifications set forth herein to submit proposals for the purpose of providing licensed qualified Contractors to provide demolition services for sub-standard vacant structures for the County of Wayne, including Hazardous / Regulated Materials Abatement and Demolition activities for structures within the County of Wayne. The purpose of this work is to improve the neighborhoods in a lasting and meaningful way and, thereby, improve the quality of life for citizens of County of Wayne.
