Description

Please see the attached Exhibit A through C and E for the specifications for the demolitions.
Removal of all manmade objects, structures, septic and fencing. Fill is not required as the construction contractor is responsible for engineered fill.
Silt screen must be installed on all downgrade areas and any drainage structures prior to and demolition work starting.
Property shall also fence with Orange snow fencing before demolition work beings. Site shall be fenced off every night and fencing will stay on site until new building construction is underway.
Curb, gutter and driveway will stay.
