There will be a MANDATORY pre-bid walk through of the building on Tuesday, May 19, 2020 by appointment only starting at 8:00 a.m.at City Hall, First Floor, 301 Washington Avenue, Bay City, MI 48708. A walk-through must be attended in order to submit a bid. Bids will not be accepted unless the bidder has attended a MANATORY walk-through and signed the official attendance sheet.
