The City of Rochester Hills is accepting proposals from experienced and qualified firms to provide a clean agent fire suppression system installation services in the Data Server room located at City Hall, 1000 Rochester Hills Drive, Rochester Hills, MI 48309.
Sealed proposals will be received by the City of Rochester Hills at the Purchasing Division, 1000 Rochester Hills Drive, Rochester Hills, MI 48309, or submitted online through the MITN website until 3:00 P.M. Local Time, Wednesday, October 17, 2018, at which time the name of submitting proposers will be read.
A Voluntary Pre-Proposal Meeting will be held on Tuesday, October 2, 2018 at 9:30 a.m., beginning at City Hall, 1000 Rochester Hills Drive, Rochester Hills, MI 48309 at the Purchasing Counter, lower level to the right in order for potential proposers to become familiar with the premises specified, provide a forum for questions/answers and the work to be performed according to the contract and specifications. Contractors not in attendance at the pre-proposal meeting will still be eligible to propose on this project. The deadline for questions will be Wednesday, October 3, 2018 by 11:30 a.m.; questions received after this date and time will not be considered. All questions are to be in writing directed to Keri J. The City of Rochester Hills officially distributes bid/proposal documents from the Purchasing Division or through the Michigan Intergovernmental Trade Network (MITN). Copies of bid/proposal documents obtained from any other source are not considered official copies. Only those vendors who obtain bid/proposal documents from either the Purchasing Division or the MITN System are guaranteed access to receive addendum information, if such information is issued. The first step to do business with the City is to become a registered vendor by visiting the City website at www.rochesterhills.org, click on City Government, Departments, Purchasing Bid Opportunities and link to MITN website. Final proposal results will be posted on the MITN website after award.

Only those persons designated above are authorized to seek additional information from prospective firms regarding their proposals. Correspondence or inquiries made directly to firms regarding their proposals from all other persons are to be directed to those City employees designated above for appropriate review and response.
