The Village of New Haven, Michigan, current population of 5,000 is seeking qualified vendors to submit Statements of Proposals to provide complete General Consulting Engineering and Surveying Services for the Village. As a minimum requirement, vendors shall present evidence that they are licensed to do business in the State of Michigan, and are experienced in Municipal Engineering. In addition, vendors shall provide certification that they are currently under agreement with a minimum of two (2) Michigan municipalities as further specified in this RFP.
