PRE-PROPOSAL MEETING – SITE INSPECTION:
All bidders are requested to examine the premises in accordance with the specifications. There will be a Mandatory Pre-Proposal Meeting scheduled for Friday, November 30, 2018 at 1:00 p.m. at the Troy Public Library – Youth Area. An opportunity to inspect the Library will be provided during the pre-proposal meeting. If the proposer does not make a site inspection, that proposer accepts full responsibility and risk for any errors or omissions in his/her proposal submission.
