The City of Beaverton Building Authority is relocating City Hall from 124 W. Brown Street to 128 Saginaw Street. The project includes renovating an old library building into a City Hall. The work requested includes interior renovations, providing new offices, conference room, council chambers, kitchen, toilets, etc. Work includes furniture, furnishings and equipment (FF&E), information technology (IT), landscaping, parking lot improvements, signage, etc. The bid should include an all in price for each of these items listed in the design documents.
