The Charter Township of West Bloomfield is soliciting proposals from experienced and knowledgeable building contractors to construct two walls that will create an interior vestibule at the following location:
West Bloomfield Police Station 4530 Walnut Lake Road
West Bloomfield, MI 48323
All proposals will include labor, freight, materials and incidentals required to complete the work as specified.
Proposers are to provide their intended solution based on their professional knowledge and developed around the general requirements defined within this proposal. Proposers are encouraged to list any points not addressed in these specifications that they consider improves or enhances this proposal.
The Township reserves the right to reject and all proposals, to waive any informality in the proposal received, and to accept any proposal (or part thereof) which it will deem to be the most favorable to the interests of the Township. Any deviations from the specifications must be noted on the proposal.
A Pre-Submittal Meeting will be held September 26, 2017, 10:00 AM at the Police Department 4530 Walnut Lake Road, West Bloomfield, MI. All proposers are required to attend as it may be the only opportunity to review the project.
