7870 - Cafe Opportunity at Washtenaw Courthouse

The intent of this document is to provide interested and qualified vendors with sufficient information to enable them to prepare and submit proposals for consideration by Washtenaw County to operate a cafe in the Washtenaw County Buildings, initially at the Courthouse, 101 E. Huron St., Ann Arbor, MI 48107; corner of Huron and Main Street.  The Washtenaw County Courthouse building located in downtown Ann Arbor has a security station at the main entrance. With future locations possible.  The café’s location will be located on the main floor, to the North of security screening and the main entry, near Friend of the Court.  The café space consists of 690 square feet in rooms 1101 and 1101A please see floor plan on the next page.
