Firms responding to the RFB must do so electronically using the attached spreadsheet to provide pricing. Failure to use the attached spreadsheet will result in rejection of your bid. Pricing may not be submitted in any other format. FIRMS MUST INCLUDE THE REQUIRED NUMBER OF COPIES AS WELL AS A FLASH DRIVE CONTAINING THE BID RESPONSE. THE FLASH DRIVE MUST INCLUDE PRICING USING THE EXCEL SPREADSHEET INCLUDED WITH THE RFB AS WELL AS THE REQUIRED FORMS.
