Description

The City of Livonia is soliciting proposals from qualified design professionals for the project design and oversight of upgrading Building Automation/Energy Management Systems (BAS/EMS) currently in use at up to eighteen (18) various City buildings from the existing Honeywell-XBS, Novar- Logic One and Niagra AX 3.6 systems to a nonproprietary web based Open Protocol Standard BACnet communication control system. Use of BACnet and BTL terms shall also include approved equal systems that are capable of providing the same services and performing at the same level.
