There will be a MANDATORY pre-bid meeting on Tuesday, November 19, 2019 at 10:00 a.m. at the Wastewater Treatment Plant located at 2905 N. Water Street, Bay City, MI 48708. This meeting must be attended in order to submit a bid. Bids will not be accepted unless bidder has attended the MANDATORY pre-bid meeting and signed the official attendance sheet. Vendor names must be clearly visible on the externatl container of submitted bid package and match the vendor name entered on the official attendance sheet.
