Under direction of authorized Oakland County staff, vendor shall provide annual certification for approximately forty (40) backflow preventers located at various facilities in Oakland County. All certifications must be performed by a licensed master plumber certified by the State of Michigan in backflow prevention. Vendor shall complete a WRC device test form for each backflow preventer and submit said forms both passing and failing to the WRC Cross Connection Unit in a timely manner upon completion of each certification.
