The City of Ann Arbor seeks to retain a consultant to conduct building materials
surveys for asbestos. On an as needed basis, the consultants may also conduct lead
surveys, hazard screens, risk assessments, other small-scale surveys, perform
oversight and air sampling of asbestos abatement and/or lead remediation projects.
Projects range in size and duration from a half day to possibly multiple weeks. The
consultant shall ensure that all relevant laws, standards, regulations, and City
specifications are followed.
