Description

This project entails repairing the current apparatus floor, grates, and drains. The project includes:

Cut and remove of old concrete and existing grate system to accommodate new grate frames (e.g. rods, mesh, etc.).
Pour new concrete to fill in around the new trenches and grates, matching the existing slope to allow water drainage into trenches.
Any finish work necessary to ensure a reasonable life expectancy of the trench, grate and surrounding concrete.
Resurface the apparatus floor and three adjacent small rooms with an antiskid commercial coating or long lasting epoxy paint. The total surface area is approximately 6,000 sq. ft.
